So I need clarification on this, can you not be recruited if you're already signed up for the app? I've had a few people not being able to find me after friending. I had one friend recruited to me but he couldn't recruit me afterwards.

That is what i was just informed. They have to be need recruits that have not signed in yet.

No, you only get packs if you recruit people yourself.
