Can you respec your character in the retail version of the game?

In the multiplayer demo their is currently no way to change your characters powers once you have already selected it and confirmed it. Will this change in the final version? I think it would be needed to change it around in case you choose some powers you end up not liking.

I would hope so. Add an item to the store or something. I've heard that if you import the character to your singleplayer save, it drains your multiplayer character's exp, effectively resetting everything...but that was just something someone said on the forums.
