I just wonder whether we need to reach certain mission in single player to be able to start multiplayer section. Because the point of it is to send them into SP right? Can we just start it rightaway and then send the out when that mission is reached?

No one knows for sure but I highly doubt it. EA is the publisher so multiplayer is going to be open head on.

the way things are looking....and unless Bioware says....by playing SP...you gain stuff for MP...or stuff for MP is unlocked as determined by what happens in SP...then i am most likely going to JAMMING away at MP until i finish one or two more runs in ME2. bounce back and forth. than once im done with the ME2 runs....ME3 sp all the way!.....and some MP

I am 99.99% sure you won't need to reach a moment in the SP campaign to use MP.
The "galactic readiness" level that applies bonuses to your SP game applies to your account, not your single player file, so progress is irrelevant.
