i need select this character but much people say "you need up the level",ok i have level 14 and N714 and i no receive nothing.

i select a human soldier but the other race of this class is unlocked.

i buy the reclut pack and veteran pack but i no receive other characters.

My question is you win a character in packs or with more level?the game have other packs with only characters and no weapons and  parts?

i buy much pack reclut and i no receive a character and in the packs veteran only receive a weapons no more.

the second pack I bought I got Asari adept. The third I got Krogan Soldier. The sixth I got Drell Vanguard. Just keep buying Veteran.

You'll have a higher chance of getting characters out of veteran, but it's quite expensive.

veteran pack sure?in a round i look a thrid pack but only have a oportunity for buy 1 time(i no remember the name)...i buy  8 reclut pack with my credits and only 2 veteran.

ok this time i win more credits and buy the veterans pack.

yea pay more atention the vet packs you always atleast get one good item weather its a new weaopn, mod or character.
