I'm trying to play the ME3 multplayer but I keep getting the message that the 'Mass Effect 3 servers are unavaialable at this time'. Is this due to the fact that I only have a silver Xbox live account? 

I'd heard that people would downloaded the ME3 demo would be given access to gold for a short time to play the demo, but I have no idea how to activate this. Does anyone else know?

I have been playing for a few hours, but then I STARTED BEING PLAGUED by the connection failure bug. Too bad...
ps. I have xbox silver...
