Got this wonderful error from the store today.

Restarted the game and I'm still getting it. Any chance of it getting fixed and a credit refund?

I got this bug just before, had a mini rage then played another game in which I diddnt gain xp and had a mega rage.

Hope its fixed for release.

That's really unfortunate to hear but I do have some follow up questions for you so we can get this sorted out and make sure it doesn't happen again.

Were you in a lobby when this occured?

Did you notice a disconnect/reconnect during the purchase process?

If you feel anything out of the ordinary happened please note it.

It occured after I left a lobby and went back to the main multiplayer menu. I didn't notice any sort of disconnection while trying to make a store purchase, just that message popped up about a quarter second after clicking the purchase button. I shut the game down, restarted it, and tried to make another purchase but it came up with the same issue. I played a few matches after and still gained experience and credits so it appears that only the store is having a problem.

Happened with me purchasing a Veteran pack, so here are some details:
I wasn in the lobby.
I didn't have a disconnect, moreover, a few seconds later I was able to buy another pack.
And the overal connection speed was a bit slow when it occured, I mean it took some time to join the lobby, etc.

But it's no big deal, I mean, this stuff doesn't even carry over.
(Oh god, now I see that package must have hidden my Salarian Engineer/Infiltrator, didn't it? Oh, I'm sure it did.)

I had a similar issue but I just backed out of the game lobby I was in and my credits were refunded. In one case I back out it finished giving me my crate of stuff while I was on the main Multiplayer page.

This just happend to me again, I had just finished a game where I earned the credits to buy the pack, I quit the game I just finished and was in the main multiplayer interface when I bought the pack

This happend to me too, but all the new stuff is in there it just don't pop up and show what.

No.

I have a 120 / 20 mbit connection, linedrop is not likely in my case. Plus I have somany online clients running at any given time when my line craps out, I definately notice as 4/5 things start moaning at the same time they've lost connection.

The only thing that changed on my system between me not having the issue and having it was me running a repair over the demo via Origin. I don't know if it's related, but that's the only change i can think of.

Ive had this problem also. But only once. Can't remember the details but I didn't get my credits back.

I have had this about 3 times. Always after I just have played a match and exited the lobby. Each time I went back to the games main menu, and restarted multiplayer and immediately got the veteran pack then.

Had this happen a few times.  My first time I bought two veteran packs and both bugged out while in lobby.  Did not receive any of the items, but decided to back out to restart my game.  Upon leaving the lobby, I received one of the veteran packs (screen popped up to let me see what items I had got).  Since then I've received it a few more times, but if you're in a lobby and you back out when it happens, you will receive the items.

Happens from time to time, but I did not pay attention to it, because I tought it could be an error on my part since I did not see any major complaints about it on the forum.

Happens to me at least once a day i just figured it was a demo bug. I get the items after i play a match and buy another crate usually though.

I get that error very frequently, but I still get the stuff, so I don't care all that much. Though it makes working out what I've got a bit of a hassle.

The screen which takes me through what I've got tends to pop up at a later point. Exiting multiplayer and going back in always brings it up.

I had this happen to me after completing a silver mission when buying a veteran pack while still in the lobby. Lost my money and didn't get anything.

Then I exited back out to the main multiplayer screen, and I had my money back. Went back to the store, got me a veteran pack, worked just fine.
