I am curious where will we be fighting? These 2 maps are fun and all but I would like to see Eden Prime, Horizon, Noveria, Feros, Illium, Virmire, or a Citadel map even. Maybe some of the new worlds like Thessia and Sur Kesh also. I think playing maps in those places would/could be a lot of fun !

I'm pretty certain there would be, a bunch of content was left out of the demo, so there could be heaps of new maps in the full game.

There is more maps for multiplayer in the official release yes.

Judging by the galaxy map there should be at least 4 more maps (since there are 5 areas in total).

I am curious where the other maps are. I think the ones we have are Noveria and Tuchanka or Mars. I am hoping for a battle map on Horizon
