Sorry I didn't give the reason I liked the characters I chose which is odd for me, given I go out of my way to explain everything in-depth so here is my list and reason, Ohh I love these top 5 threads

1.Samara: Her daughter Morinth is a mix of Serial Rapist, Serial Killer, with a bit of Drug Addict. Samara knew what her child had become and chose not to turn a blind eye to it, instead she chose to hunt Morinth down and bring her to justice by killing her. Samara wanted bring some peace of mind to Morinth's victims families. Samara could have easily washed her hands of Morinth or live in denial with what her daughter had become but she didn't. While some may hate Samara for killing her own child, I like the fact she didn't turn a blind eye to it all and faced it head on.

2.Wrex: I like Wrex for so many reasons, his personalty, attitude. Wrex carries the weight of the Krogan on his shoulders and hopes to bring a brighter future to the Krogan. Wrex has so much depth.

3.Jack: I like many things about Jack, but I think one of the main reasons I like her so well is, Her subconscious Self-destructive behavior sort of reminds me of myself when I was in high school. Jack's whole look is total Rock n Roll Metal Head I can almost see her rocking out to W.A.S.P. Megadeth, Priest, Maiden, Sabbath, AC/DC, and so on. I see some of myself in Jack is the main reason I like her so well.

4.Thane: Such a cool bad@ss character, his intro in ME2 is so memorable. Thane's life and out look on it all is quite interesting. The character has lots of depth to him and is also a complete and utter Bad@ss. Most people seem to like Garrus as their bro, drinking buddy, brother in arms, I like Thane as mine rather than Garrus.

5.Ray Narkin: Points to anyone who knows who Ray Narkin is and if knows Harkin
that 5 was a joke

real 5.Anderson: This dude is cool. He got to Punch out Udina more than once (is only my Shep could be as lucky). I've liked Anderson since ME Revelations, and when ever I read the ME Novels I hear Keith David's Voice saying Anderson's lines. Great Character and my favorite Voice Actor in ME Keith David, Even over Seth Green as Joker.

Honorable mentions: Aria Bad@ss Ruthless, Smart. Hendal Mitra: One of my Favorite Characters in the Novel Ascension. Kaylee Sanders How can you not like her if you've read all the novels or all but one? Mordin: Yeah Everyone likes this old man of a Salarian. Captain Kirahee: One of the most memorably minor role characters in ME1 and finally get to meet him again in ME3. Kelly Chambers: What can I say I have a thing for Redheads and her Personality only made her more likable for me. and Gabby and Ken the Greatest Comic Relief Characters in the series for hands down. These two have me laughing each time I go down to the engine in ME2. Liara: depending on what game it is and how far away from what I loved about her originally see is. Any more she's hardly even the same Character I loved.
