If I were adding characters past this, I'd probably include EDI, Legion, Aria, and TIM, but Jack actually really came up in my estimation for ME3. Disliked her in ME2, but her new and improved outlook on life really turned that around.

I can never quite decide if I love or hate TIM, though. He's a well done character, but... I dunno. I always feel like TIM is so set in his way that he doesn't even consider alternatives. It makes him feel a little one-note as a villain to me. (Of course, he's also probably been indoctrinated since his first appearance in the comics, so ...)

Oh nooo! Making make a list

1. Tali - She's basically the reason I could become a Spectre (and she's so damned cute)
2. Garrus - My Bro! You go through literally everything with him and he sticks by you regardless
3. Mordin - By far my favourite ME2 Character. His whole persona is one which really resonates with me. I love how his character develops and the way he is acted... The conclusion of his story had me in tears
4. Grunt - Such an underrated character... He's just awesome.
5. Legion/Kasumi

Other notables - Kirrahe, Reegar, Wrex, Eve, Koris etc... I really enjoyed a lot of the characters,
