The top 3 have been consistent. I like Krogan squadmates thus the split on #2. And on my recent playthrough I came to realize that basically the ME2 Engineering deck is home to most of my favorites.

Thane would have been six, but that's as high as the list goes. I like Garrus more than Legion, but I find myself more fanatic about Legion if you understand what I'm trying to say. Wrex doesn't need to be explained. I don't really like Ashley's tomboy exterior, but love her inner feminine side. With Miranda, I love how cold she is, and then how warm when you get to know her. Grunt is just so awesome and fun to be around/ talk to... He he he.

Edit: Just realized we didn't have to do squadmates. Previously I had 4. Ashley/Miranda and 5. as Grunt.
