1) Shepard ... Strong or troubled. Male or female. Black, white and in between. Gay or straight. Bald or pony-tailed. Love it!
2) Wrex ... Love his design, voice and gruff nature. In ME1 I never really knew if he could be trusted and that feeling returned in ME3. He is a mix of rough diplomacy and krogan aggression. You are never quite sure which is going to win ... even now. PV Shepard wonders if he did the right thing or if he just doomed his children' children to krogan rule.
3) The Illusive Man ... Smart and with good intentions in the beginning. He was a character in ME2 that I was never quite sure if he was really for or against Shepard. In his communications with shepard he used reason and logic and I liked that he was simply not a Snidely Whiplash. So much potential ... but ME3 somehow wasted it.
4) Morinth ... Meeting her in ME2 freaked me. From the moment that I found out that the asari could crawl into your heads I was freaked ... but she raised that bar to WTF? Because of that, doing Samara's mission is always hard to do ... and when she sits on Shepard's lap ... waaaaa! There was something delicious in her darkness and she is my Hannibal Lecter. Another character that was wasted in ME3.
5) Conrad Verner ... The guy always made me laugh and the vo does a great job in his dialogue. The guy is closer to who I would be if I found myself in that world. Completely out of place but with good intentions. I would love a DLC where you go in a mission with him ... I would laugh more that anything but the story needed comedy with the tragedy. Yep ... love Conrad Verner.
