I have already maxed out a bunch of the characters approval and done their side quest, Allistair,Wynne,Morrigan, Leliana, Sten. So the only one left is our good ol buddy Zev. He wants to be more than friends so I decline and he loses 10 approval points. So I reload and just gift him. He is getting up there in approval but I fear next time I talk to him he will go down that road again. Does he even have a personal quest?

Yes, he does have a personal quest (think about where he comes from). And no, if you don't want to sleep with him, he will not force you to. What he does with his mind, well, you'll just have to live with that.
