So, I just beat Silver in a two man squad. It netted ~165K XP and ~35K credits. All I have to say is holy ****... wave 10 had 5 Atlas mechs inside the room where we had to data upload the hack... you can only imagine the carnage. Proof is here:

I was so excited that I couldn't think of anything besides snap a pic with my iphone. If anyone is down for taking on Gold tomorrow, send me an invite to ownage_machine on the PSN.

The closest I got with two people on silver is wave 10, but then we got swarmed by two Phantoms.

Yeah, there were quite a few phantoms as well. The Widow sniper rifle can be extremely overpowering when you rarely miss

We also saved up our missles since we knew we would be facing a **** load of Atlas.

I haven't unlocked the Widow yet, but I can't wait wait to get it. Out of curosity what class do you play. I play Human female Infiltrator.

How'd you only get 165,000? When ever I beat silver with 3-4 people I get around 185-195k each time... It doesn't scale enemies based on player count, does it?

Medals could very easily play a role, plus extraction you can have a lot enemies to kill

I've been able to 2 man it was well, but I ended at 130k xp and 50k credits. It was actually quite easy once I had someone else who knew how to draw fire so I could get to work properly.

Did a two man silver challenge yesterday as well. Infiltrator + Vanguard worked really well. Didn't make a screeny but we'll probably do it again this evening

I also managed to do Silver with two players, Infiltrator was I and he was Asari Vanguard.

And then for example I couldn't do it with 3-4 players (2 times in a row)

really matters if you trust and how much you trust other people. Must find balance

I'm up for soloing silver now I think with my salarian infiltrator, tried it 4 times yesterday and got two times to wave 8, then it was bollocks.
Since I don't have any good sniper rifles unlocked I'm playing purely with mattock atm + or just using phalanx.
(but prefer s.rifle + sidearm)

Did this the other night with 2 people. I was a Turian Sentinel, which can soak up enormous amounts of punishment before going down. The Atlases are bad, but only if you find yourself unable to reposition. Gold, on the other hand...Gold is basically Nemsis>Atlas>Phantom>Phantom>Atlas> Atlas>Phantom>repeat

It's still low. Just made a run with my friend (him as human infiltrator, me as asari adept) and we got 212k xp and 38k creds. Actually a bit higher than on normal 3 person runs. Consumable use was pretty normal (maybe I had to use one ammo plus, because I couldn't go out when my pistol ran out), but it took about 50% more time.
