I suck at third person shooters.  There, I said it.  I'm a hardcore RPG player.  ME2 was easy because even on Insanity the enemies were all idiots.  However, in the ME3 single player demo I find myself pausing a LOT.  If I'm being flanked for example, I usually need to pause to give me time to think before I can react.

In the ME3 multiplayer, I have no such luxury.  So basically I suck.  In my last Bronze quick match, I went like 9 waves or something and didn't even reach 25 kills.

However, I love Mass Effect and so I want to get better at this, through trial and error, preferably with other people who suck.

So... if you suck, my Xbox Live Gamertag is Major Kirahe.  (I am an insult to that name.)  Together, we can aspire to be AVERAGE!

I'm playing a salarian infiltrator at the moment but might switch to human infiltrator, since I'm not keen on the salarian's other powers. Although I usually only carry an assault rifle and spam the hell out of cloak anyway.

I'll play with you if you want. I can try a new class and let you get some kills or play my nova guard and carry. I'll see if I can give you some tips too. Oh, as for aiming... you don't really need to aim with nova guard and I can solo bronze (sometimes). Give that a try and add me if you want. ColdestGostling

2. use energy drain to set enemies in pain (even organic!) and make them stay in the same spot for 3 seconds.  follow up by sniper rifle shot, and don't aim for head if you use mantis (because they will be dead anyways, including centurions and namesis).  If you cloak => energy drain => sniper shot, you will rarely get hit, and if you do, just energy drain a centruion and your shield will be back up!

Thanks for the tips, I'm really in need of them!  Unfortunately I've already dropped quite a few points into fitness.  Ah well.  Didn't know that Energy Drain had a stun effect either.

On topic, get on the PC. There's plenty of scrubby boneheads in our Platinum lobbies, who probably shouldn't be tackling said difficulty.

How come necromancers are always portrayed as dark and gritty? I understand raising the dead and trying to conquer the world with an army of zombies takes a lot of work, but you'd think a guy could at least get a haircut and buy some clean, brightly-colored robes in the meantime.

It's all that digging in graveyards,  People think the dead should rise up out of their coffins on their own, but it doesn't actually work like that and to enact the ritual properly you need to have their corpse right in front of you.  And since it's an army, you need to dig up a lot...
