I wouldn't say its perfect, but some of the criticisms seem to get blown way out of proportion,

I haven't seen so much hate for one game pre-launch outside of MW3

Here here! Finally someone who is brave enough to open a topic about how much they love the game, I am totally with you! Nothing dissapointed me at all in the demo, maybe the cruiser/dreadnaught incident, but that's just nitpicking, but otherwise, pretty slammin' demo. Let's just hope the flak don't get too much.

I had no problems with the animations of the characters.
I had no problems with the intro. It made sense. 
I had no problems with the graphics. The game was better looking than ME2, and that is all that counts. 
I had no problems with the writing. But then again, I'm not a super successful writer like most users on here are. So maybe that's why.
I had no problems with the controls. If I want to roll, Shepard rolls. If I want to enter cover, Shepard enters cover. 
I had no problems with the dialogue choices. The intro of ME2 didn't have that many either.
I had no problems with Shepard talking to someone the player doesn't know yet (Vega). It has happened before.
I had no problems with the MP. Never disconnected, and no lag. 

I really liked the demo. Thank you for sharing it with us Bioware

I enjoyed the demo too, though it's not perfect, the only thing that really disappointed me was that the demo wasn't the full game!

I would have to agree. I loved the demo and am greatly anticipating the full game.

The only thing I was disappointed about was Mordin's voice. And, it's a small enough thing I can look over it.

Those moaning about holstering and textures etc (like me!) are doing it because we love the series too, thats why we get worked up about silly decisions made by the devs. it ruins what we love, we wouldnt be here if we didnt love the series... thats a given.

Yes please this post is for the people who loved it there are plenty of other posts to critique on or make your own!

Personally I loved the music at the end of the first part to the demo. It was calm and to me seemed rather sad.

Although I feel that the intro is rushed, I agree on almost all your points. I'll even add that I had no problem with the character creator

You don't own a thread.  If a person went into a Tali thread and talked about Miranda in the terms of Tali that is perfectly fine, people do it all the time.  However just trying to be in your own bubble and put your fingers in your ears is almost childish to an extent.  If you feel certain things are fine then argue them in that particular thread.
