My infiltrator had cloak assigned to 1, but after I changed to soldier and then went back to that same infiltrator the cloak was no longer assigned to 1 and I couldn't drag and drop like Mass Effect 2.
What gives?

I don't know about you but every time I'm assigning hotkey in the PC version the whole game crashes. Which is strange the same thing happened in ME2 too.

You currently can't change or assign hotkeys in the PC version of the demo, it's simply bugged
