So I email customer service about a week ago to solve an issue.  They say that it usually takes about 24-48 hours to get an answer.  But 7 days, and not even a reply? I mean, through hours of searching through the forums, and I finally got my issues fixed.  But took me way more than 2 days just to find a fix by myself.  Have others tried contacting customer support and get no reply back? Or do they just hate me?
