vanguards should have a Krogan counterpart.
Turians should have infiltators.
and I dont know why each class has a human in 2 exact copies.

Again, as per Codex, biotics among turians are only UNCOMMON whereas biotics among salarians and quarians are rare.
Biotics should be more common in turians than humans in truth...Hell, going by lore, there really should be less than 100 human biotics among a population of 11 billion...
I think having a team of several hundred thousand human biotics in specialist teams romping around some firebases kind of blows that out of the metaphorical river. Multiplayer games/features have a strong tendency to be against canon/lore/sense (look at call of duty, battlefield, even halo, I don't think that an osprey is going to show up and drop crates just because I killed eighteen people)
3% of humanity is in the MIlitary. Humanity right now is over 11.5 billions people. A couple hundred thousand human biotics isn't really that unrealistic. Turians have been around much longer and should have a even much larger population. Plus all Turians have served in the military at some point. There should be even more Turian biotics then.
MP does affect canon a lot but it isn't that difficult to make up a reason for things being there. At least in this MP.
With all due respect, and to not stray off topic too far in saying this: All the 100 to 11 billion that we see are probably not all working for the military, look at all the people we see in the story who DO have biotic capabilities (short of shepard), one is military and the other three don't, two work for Cerberus and the other is a criminal.
Either way, canon is very difficult to do with multiplayer, and frankly, to an extent, doesn't really matter at all (you can't really go as far as to have reapers helping the cause, but up to that, nothing really isn't permitted to be done) provided that Bioware can make a good enough reason for it happening.

Really, they could have just merged the two classes together and had a "change gender" button, save some space on the selection menu.

You guys keeps bringing up "Well Garrus is an Infiltrator"...NO, he isn't. He's a Soldier with Overload.
Look at the Turian Soldier set: Proximity Mine, Concussive Shot, Marksman
Look at Garrus's set: Proximity Mine, Concussive Shot, AP ammo, Overload
The Turian Soldier set is as close to Garrus's set as you can get. Garrus never has used Cloak. He hasn't sabotaged or decrypted anything since ME1 and Infiltrators don't even get Overload. I know he was essentially an Infiltrator in ME1, but he hasn't been one since then.
What extra would a Turian Infiltrator bring to the table? They're slower and clunkier than the other races and would make HORRIBLE Infiltrators. Tactical Cloak's strength is the fact that it allows you to move about more freely and reposition yourself. Turians are poorly fit for that due to their hindered movement.

Reason why the Krogan is not a Vanguard is so that his own charge and melee is unique. Plus, it would be broken melee.
They're fine the way they are, if they feel like adding new additions, they will.

The only thing I'm upset about is that some of the pairs of human characters have the same abilities. Male and Female Vanguards have the same loadout Shockwave and Nova.
That's b/c they're both human. It ain't rocket science

knowing my luck from the TF2 item system, I'll probably be stuck with these humans for a LONG LONG time.

Yes. That is very odd and don't really like being stuck playing males.

I'm more sad that we don't have a Krogan Battlemaster. I want to play like Wrex...warp, throw, and carnage *roars loudly*
i saw a krogan soldier WRECK a map on silver last night. a infiltrator, a engineer, and a asari adept (myself) could only act as his support. a krogan battlemaster would SUCK all the fun out of a match....save for a gold challenge.

Same lol. I'm really hoping for a Drell vanguard! D: For now, I'm pretty okay with my Turian Sentinel though.

It makes me think why they didn't add a race/class package, which would have made so many of our lives much easier.

no turian females doesn't make sense either, according to the lore.

^ This. I am actually really surprised to not see any Quarian males whatsoever and it seems like there are alot more Quarian male soldiers/fighters than female to begin with. I mean they already have model and animation from ME2 down from them. I have a strong feeling that there will be unlockables/dlc for future skins/races *cough* GETH*cough* later on. Is skin tone unlockable in the demo?Bismth wrote...

The same could be said the other way around. Personally not bothered by it though.

Maybe it was a size issue?
Eh, they'll be DLC we'll all pay for in a few months anyway.

That doesn't counter much. We do know that Citadel militaries look for Biotic candidates. Turians and Salarians have plenty of Biotics. The Alliance while new players in the game should still have thousands of biotics out there. Many of them are probably a focus for recruitment.GroverA 125 wrote...

The Multiplayer can easily stay pretty canon for your shepard. The most you can ever have is 4 people in a match. Even if they are all biotics it isn't necessarily breaking canon. Turians not being infiltrators isn't surprising. Garrus looks like a armored soldier who simply prefers a sniper rifle over everything else.

And that is the thing Garrus is not a infiltrator he is as you say a soldier with a prefered taste for the sniper rifle.Hillbillyhat wrote...
