PS3 Version of Awakening. Latest patch.

1) Where can I find the Blackblade gloves and boots?
2) Where can I get the Vestments of the Nimble? I've heard you get it from a quest involving Bann Esmerelle, but I never got the quest (if it involves the conspirators, I've stopped that at Stark farm)
3) If I don't have Nathaniel in my team during the final assault, but choose to save Vigil's Keep still, will he properly flagged as alive if I import my character into DAII? (I know that Nathanial will be flagged as dead if you don't have him in your party and you choose to save Amaranthine)

1) You can't due to a bug.
2) I take it you mean the Vest of the Nimble? It's a rare drop. There are 3 possible places to pick it up - from the assassin at Stark's Farm, the attack on you at the Keep by Bann Esmerelle if you didn't go to Stark's Farm, or from the burning bridge random map encounter. It has a 5-10% chance of appearing at any one of these.
3) Yes. If you save the Keep, all companions will be flagged as alive. It is only if you save Amaranthine that the companions left behind will be flagged as dead, even though this usually contradicts their epilogue slides.
