Invincible Enemy glitch

Seriously, if this glitch occurred to the big robot (Atlas) or this wasn't the last enemy - we are screwed :unsure: I don't even want to think about Nemesis or Phantom become invincible on silver or gold challenge :o

I've run into this one a bunch of times.

ETA: And I've seen it with a Nemesis.  No Phantoms though, thank god.

I thought it might be, because in a couple cases, they also warped to a new location when they unfroze.

If its lag whats the odds that lag end in the moment when I've done melee hit ?

Yeah, I think it's lag. Was in a game yesterday where my singularities would barely hit and warps wouldn't detonate, only thing that would really do damage was my AR.

unload on a badguy....health just flickers...then you see your squadmates and some other badguys rubberband all over the map....then you get ran-through by the phantom you thought you had locked down.
or
you try to run to you partner who has gone down....as soon as you get to him...you get bounced back to where you started and "slightly" to the left

Always happens to me when I'm up close to a Nemesis, she freakin tanked a fully upgraded Biotic Charge:blink:

At least the guy is not even attacking. I got a few of them while playing on XBox 360 and they were just fun to watch. While they are frozen it give you some time to clean the rest around if it was not already done.

Could be worse, I ended up with the final enemy stuck inside a wall, unable to do anything or be killed. Or the other time when the wave wouldn't advance, despite all enemies being killed.

Hi folks! From when you've encountered this issue, can you recall what had just happened to the frozen/invicible enemy? E.g. did they just get hit by a Biotic Explosion combo, Thrown/Charged across the room by physics, etcetc?

Did you join the mission in progress and discover the invincible fellow?
Was the enemy invincible to everyone?

The more info you can recollect (or gather from future occurences) can help us look into whether there's an issue present here deeper than our wonderful friend Mr. Lag.

When I encountered this issue it was with a Nemesis. Nothing happened between spawn and glitch, she just ran into a corner of the map and was stuck.

Shortly after the game ended with a disconnect. Which probably speaks for the lag theory.

I've seen it multiples times as an Asari Adept, I think it sometimes happens to enemies who are put into Stasis by a biotic detonation with Stasis.

Engineer sets up turret - > it becomes invisible (!)


Thats a bug i've encountered.

I imagine this is intended, would make little sense for them to just disappear.

I've managed to turn an enemy invincible multiple times by attempting a grab right when the enemy is about to jump over the cover I'm attempting the grab from.

Yeah I noticed this too. It happens alot to me when I'm trying to shoot an enemy thats behind cover. Its showing that the bar is taking damage by flickering but just is not going down whatsoever. Mostly Centurians and guardians I've had this problem.

They will after awhile. Sometimes they explode on themselves.

I believe they explode only if they got hit by someone during the wave. If they are intact, they will stay there until they are not destroyed.

There are times when some enemies don't seem to receive the proper amount of damage.  In particular headshots. 
We all joined the game at the same time.
Rifle
Can't say if it was invincible to everyone.

i've just experienced that this morning in a quick MP run . My contribution was down to weapons, which for an Adept is rather embarassing . 
I also couldn't climb a ladder for the life of me, so i had to run around like crazy. We failed at wave10 and my rank was pathetic,,haha.
