This may have been mentioned somewhere already but I didn't see it. So sorry if this is a double posting.
I'd like to know who/where to unlock the specializations. This is what I've gathered so far, so correct me if I'm wrong and I'll update the post.
Edit: Updated with most of the comments below.

Warriors Specializations:
Berzerker = Oghren / Manual (Denerim)
Champion = Loghain / Arl Eamon
Reaver = Kolgrim (Wyrmling Lair)
Templar = Alistar / Bodahn’s Wares (Party Camp)

Rogue Specializations:
Assassin = Zevran / Manual (Denerim)
Bard = Leliana / Alimar (Orzammar)
Duelist = Isabela (The Pearl in Denerim)
Ranger = Bodahn’s Wares (Party Camp)

Mage Specializations:
Arcane Warrior = Presence in Brecilian Ruins
Blood mage = Demon (Redcliff)
Shapeshifter = Morrigan  / Varathorn (Dalish Camp)
Spirit Healer = Wynne (unconfirmed) / Wardens Keep DLC

Reaver will probably be tied with Blood Mage.

Has it been confirmed that all party members can teach you their specialization. I know Morrigan gives Shapeshifter, but does Wynne give Spirit Healer? (OP: I noticed the question mark after her name).

I you probably get the blood mage/reaver with the demon that possessed the son of the mother. You need to side with the demon though.

Thanks, so I just have to kiss both Wynne and Morrigan's butts to get my Spirit Healer/Shapeshifter specializations.  I think I can handle that.

Can you unlock specializations for other classes? i.e. if i'm a mage, can I unlock warrior and rogue specializations?

Booo. I guess we can't give secondary specializations to most of the companions on our first play through then :s

Not sure if we can ever give specializations to our companions since we only know that they are unlocked for the PC.

No matter, I'm doing that Sacred Urn quest ASAP. I will be the CHAMPION!

Yes you can unlock specialisations (for other classes) and they will remain unlocked on every one of your subsequent playthroughs so you can specialise immediately without having to look for them again. Hope that helps!

Edit: The devs have also confirmed that your companions can also specialise. (I think... 98% sure, unless my memory is playing tricks on me)

Learned From: Kolgrim (Wyrmling Lair)

I assume it is a sidequest.

I think anything from an NPC that teachs you a specialization will ask you to do something.
*that is not your Companions*
What i want to know most is when will i get the chance to get the spec.

It is probably different depending on when you take on the sidequest. Player's option after Ostagar.
