 I started a match and had only 2 powers mapped. I couldnt open the menu and ME2 style drag them to the 123456789 bar.

happened once though.

I have the same problem. Can't move any of the skills :'(

That happened to me once, restarting the demo fixed it.

I get this when I unlock a new character or switch characters sometimes. I will join a game and no powers will be mapped. I am unable to shift click and drag powers up to my action bar.

Bioware please be aware of this issue, it requires a restart of the game client to fix.

This was an issue in ME2 also.
