i really hope that my anderson stays in the councel and doesn't get trown out or quits for some reason, putting him on the council was a concious disicion against that other weasel whatever his name was, rather have him as an allie in the councel then in alliance military, so i really hope that intro will have a variation without anderson

No matter what you chose he's out. He quit his job (Councilor/advisor) in one fo the novels.

Adm. Hacket is MIA at the start of the demo and doesn't he retreat the whole Navy out of Earth to prepare for the joint species attack you try to form up?
