I like all of the squad mates (sans Morinth), but as for whom I like the least:

Jacob
Garrus
Thane
Zaeed
Morinth

No particular reason (besides the last one, but that's obvious), they just interest me less than the other squaddies.

When killing Vorcha I find them very cooperative when I shoot them in the head with incindieary bullits. Hope this helps.

And Yes I dislike Vorcha and reapers, then cerberus, turian councilor and Udina.

Some of my other Shepards like these characters, but my Sentinel does not.

1. Ashley
She killed Wrex!  Not even sacrificing herself to destroy Saren's base was enough to make up for that.
2. Samara
Based on what she told me about the Collectors and Nihlus, she no longer trusted in her own judgement after birthing three Ardat-Yakshi, and until her death she allowed her code to think for her.  She was a dangerous zealot meddling in galactic security affairs that she did not care to understand.
3. Dr. Archer
A man who tortures his own brother in order to develop a weapon he intended to use to commit war crimes against a potential ally? What's not to like?
4. Kaiden
When I was on Horizon and he called me a traitor for saving people from the collectors, and when he told me that Cerberus was behind the collector attacks and was just using the threat of the reapers to manipulate me, I recalled the council telling me something quite similar about Saren.  Kaiden is a tool of the council, and no longer my bro. 
5. Jack
She really made me wish I could have been more selective about who I let into the team in ME2.  If I'm going to let someone with biotics strong enough to pull the drive core out the main gun aboard, I'd at least like to pick someone with the emotional stability to control that power.

Garrus: Yes, he has an excellent partnership with a Shepard who happens to be his friend. But that isn't every Shepard out there, so I can't really say I appreciate that, especially when I import a Shepard who really wasn't too friendly to him in ME 1.

Liara: Similar to the Garrus problem, she doesn't change based on how I treated her in ME 1. Sure, her actions and emotional responses may have made sense for a Shepard who romanced her or was friendly, but for a Shepard who picked her up last or disliked her for whatever reason, she acts the same way, which comes off as somewhat creepy, in my opinion. And while you can completely screw with Garrus on his loyalty mission and berate him about it, you don't really get to rage against Liara..

Aria: Why do people like you again? You're basically a mob leader who has a bare minimum of human decency, which only shows now and then.

Legion: Yes, you are a cool robot. Do you know what wasn't cool? Slaughtering everything that comes into Geth territory (regardless of intention), not making any form of diplomatic relation with organic species (not even a "stay away from us and you shall not be harmed" message), and messing with organic species.

Anderson/Udina: Thank you for keeping the Council on track with the entire Reaper thing. You really hit the ball on that one. Or, you know, trying to increase the military size of every respective race because you're still cleaning up Geth outposts outside of the Veil, so you have no idea the size or the strength of the main Geth force (as it can be assumed that Geth outside the Veil are merely expeditionary forces).

Hmmm, Not that I hate/dislike this character (I don't know her yet), but I really hate the idea of the character. Whoever Chobot voices. I hate that they took a well known celebrity in the gaming community and made a character that looks exactly like that celebrity. Then have her voice it. When I'm playing, that's going to pull me out of the universe/story because she'll be instantly recognized and I'll associate her with what she does irl. Plus, I'll be biased to this character because I don't particularly like Jessica Chobot.

Well said. I've always thought she is a broken character, but regardless, I don't hate her. She does have some redeeming qualities at times.

I don't hate any characters we're not supposed to hate, but characters I'm not particularly fond of include Kaidan (uninteresting), Miranda (mainly personal reasons, I do think she has decent development) and Benezia (cheesy).

Jack is cool. All you there Jack haters, grow a pair if you can't handle her
