Ashley, Jacob, and Thane are the only characters I really dislike.

My Disliking of Jacob is mainly from a gameplay perspective though, his skill set is pretty terrible. As someone else already pointed out, Thane falls into a similiar niche/character roll as Samara, who simply has a better backstory in my opinion. Never have liked Ashley, as her racism grates on my nerves. Ash usually dies on Virmire, but that may have to change if I want her bonus power in ME3.

Every other time her body passes into view, it's during missions, where any other squadmate (Or Shepard) passes into view. It doesn't make her the specific focus of the camera. The main reason her romance scene (And Jacob's) are because they're both human. You know for a solid fact humans can have sex with one another. Human-turian, human-drell, or human-quarian is... hard to put down and show. If Ashley or Kaidan had been continuable in the romance (Or even Liara), it would be the same.

There are two I can think of off the top of my head, and please don't take this as an attempt to debate lol. 

Very first convo with her, when you can tell her she's cocky and she explains how she was genetically engineered, her bum takes up the bottom lower portion of the screen while you select dialogue options. Then a part at the end, when you enter omega 4 relay and shepard and miranda stumble across the cockpit- just miranda's booty running across my screen haha.

Ive never come to a conclusion with a Jacob romance. Attempted to start one because I liked his loyalty mission, but went after Garrus instead.

Hm, speaking of squadmates there is no one I really dislike but the one I care for least is Jacob.

Although it may be that I don't talk too much with him - to take your squadmates often with you and learn their opinion on things has more than once changed my view of them to the better. I could not stand Jack in the beginning but now I really like her. With Jacob however, I am not even interested to take him with me or to talk with him much.

Seriously, I can't find a single thing to like about Miranda. I have does playthroughs of ME2 specifically to examine her character and find something to like about her. I can't even go, "well she is hot," and mark that off as a positive quality because she is so over sexualized that I can't help but laugh at it. I'm not sure I have disliked any character in any story more than I dislike Miranda.

Jacob is boring, which isn't condemnation of hate by itself, but him being Cerberus, and tolerating all that Cerburus has done puts him right after Miranda one the list of characters that I want to shoot in the face.

Zaeed is boring, but probably would have been awesome had they put real content for him in the game.

Everybody understands why one would hate Udina, so no explaination required.

TIM is an interesting character, but he is Cerburus, so I hate him. Every time I start a new game of ME2 I get this unreasoning rage at how I'm forced to work with Cerburus and almost quit playing.

They might have been redeemed in my eyes if at least some form of communication was attempted between them and my Shepard but no! Rather they had to do some weird arm-cross-lunge thing that I now have to put effort into describing.

Overall husks just seem overly lacking in good character qualities. They never speak or change their body expressions and they look ugly. In fact it is probably fair to say that Bioware has actually created “negative values” of character since the people upon which the husks were made probably had at least some human characteristics upon which I could have entertained myself. But no, rather I have had to deal with the character of the husk and their annoying UHHHHHHHH!!!!

I just hate the way bioware created the husk character. It lacks so much depth it’s practically zombified.

1. Annoying reporter (What's her name? Aliza ki something? Mainly cause she has some annoying journalist vendetta against Shepard cause it makes for good news)
2. Turian Council Member ("Ah yes Reapers" F*CK off you patronizing ****** if I get the option in ME3 you are gonna die, I don't even care if it results in me being the Reaper's official b*tch for life)
3. Asari council member (She seems intelligent but just seems to go along with the other two that have less brain power then a battery powered pile of s**t)
4. Udina (....:/ Well he's just a c*ck)

I can't really name any others (Conrad Vernor would be too easy, and frankly his idiocy has actualy become hillarious for me so I no longer mind him) as generally speaking I love most of the characters in the series.

1. Ashley.
We share a different opinion on the value of religion, but that in itself is nothing really on its own. Ditto on the importance of maintaining cordial diplomatic relations with the governing authority of the galaxy (though that is quite a bit on its own). But the fact that she takes it upon herself to shoot Wrex, even if its just because the conversation starts to drag on too long, is more than enough. Hell, if I was a spectre I would have arrested her on the spot for murder.

2. Jacob.
Probably the most bland character I've found in a very long while. He's a yes-man in everything not related to his personal history, which I found to be about as interesting as counting paper clips. And he has way too much of a neutral opinion on the terrorist organisation whose uniform he's wearing, for a guy who is supposed to have concerns about some of their operations. And the lack of emotion on his face or in his voice when he first explained his father's disappearance would have made me happy to skip his loyalty mission, if I didn't want to make sure everyone survived.

3. Udina
He's supposed to be a very xeno-political savvy individual committed to advancing the human interests, but if so then they definitely come across as informed attributes. He would have been interesting if he were slightly less unlikeable and self-interested. He may still redeem himself in my eyes in ME3 though.

4. Aria
Shepard: Sounds like we have similar rules.
Aria: And that might matter if you were on your ship.
Me: ...I killed a reaper, you self-centred little blue *****
Yeah, so Aria thinks she's a lot more important than she is. I was *aching* for an option to take her down.

Frankly, I think that's it. I'd be pushing it to find more than four that I disliked. There are others, but they're more people that I enjoy disliking. My listed four are the genuine ones.

Seven pages and no mention of Harkin?

I actually managed to avoid him every time I played the original Mass Effect, I'm not sure how it happened. When he showed up in ME2 I actually had no clue who he was. I was showing my mom the game for the first time last night and I was a little rusty, so I followed the journal to Harkin. So nice to have my mother watching over my shoulder during that delightful little conversation.

This times a thousand...pretty much dislike all of the asari except Shiala.

Tali is by far the most annoying character, greatly thanks to the voice acting. Whoever thought it would be a good idea to give the Quarians an Arabic accent should be fired.

Samara and Thane are pretty badly written characters, they are both too cliche warrior-monk type of characters with very little to offer to the story.

Udina on the other hand is a very well written character. I get the "hate" he gets but then again he is supposed to be an antagonist that's at odds with Shepard and it works very well from the story perspective.

I just found them really boring, and uninteresting. I don't think I ever used Jacob, Miranda, or Zaeed other than in their loyalty missions, and I wouldn't have cared if both Kaiden and Ashley died on Virmire.
