Maximizing your storage space and time reduction on your cloak, the Infiltrator becomes on of the best classes in the game. I find myself getting the highest score in the game EVERY match i play now. I'm currently using the Mantis and the Katana, they both cover there own problems PERFECTLY.

So what do you guys think?

I love it. After playing like that in multiplayer, it's what I plan to do on my first playthrough of singleplayer.

It is even better with a Salarian you don't need the Sniper just a Phalanx Energy Drain and Proximity Mine take the sniper's niche.

Yeah, Salarian Infiltrator with a shotgun is just unstoppable. Like a ninja. With bombs. And a shotgun.

The evolution of Cloak that lets you cast a power while cloaked is the single best evolution I've seen yet. It basically lets you cast two powers while invisible at no hindrance on your cloak spamming.

You can literally kill almost anything with Cloak->Energy Drain->Prox Mine+one shot(katana or phalanx) at almost any range. With a 4s Cloak cooldown!

Still haven't unlocked any races, i only bought like 2 Veteran packs, but after seeing this when i unlock him, i plan on using this build forever.

Eh I prefer sniper infiltrator funny bug if you cloak then take a shot and at the same time use proxy mine you will fire and then launch a proxy mine while not using the longer CD for proxy and instead use the cloak CD allowing you to use proxy mine more often.

I played Maxed Cloak with the Fire off 1 power evolution + Max weapon damage upgrades (no sniper rifle damage or headshot damage upgrade). With a mattock everything is so easy...

A bit confused about this part of Tactical Cloak.

There's one level that gives you 40% increased damage.

And then there a level that gives you 40% sniper rifle damage while cloaked.

Does the first one just mean damage for all weapons. While the other is just for sniper rifles?

I was mainly playing salarian infiltrator with Mantis X and nothing else. The survivability is just ridiculous with the +190% cooldown speed, and best thing is that the firepower is also crazy.

How so? I won 2 games on silver without having a hotkey on my cloak!  Without a hotkey, I had to bring up the power wheel with shift and MANUALLY click on the cloak button with my mouse. Even like that, I still managed to get top score in both games, and I maybe died once in each game. Granted, it was a 4 people team, but two players are below level 10.

There was also this time that I had to fight two atlas, three phantom and three nemesis all by myself. There were quite a few mooks present as well (centurion, engineer, guardian). And I had to finish the objectives (it was wave 10). After winning this fight, I felt very, very good.

This class is just so resilient.

I don't bother with the SR, just a shotgun and a smart choke works nicely for close and mid range

Havent tried the shotgun infiltrator but in theory it could do ok, with cloak up continuously hitting enemies in close range. I got both a claymore and a widow (IV) so can destroy most things one hit. the widow though is the supreme weapon sitting in its own tier and can be use on any class to make it effective, but on a infiltrator it absolutely destroys anything it hits given the class bonus to sniper damage and bonus damage while cloaked.

The utility of cloak is amazing too. you can stealth take objectives and rez team members.

been trying to use to the shotguns but i find them to be weak, probably be better with a heavy barrel tho... can't wait for the 6th!
