Okay, I'm not exactly sure how this happened, but I'm in a bit of a pickle.

Basically, I bought a copy of Mass Effect 2 at launch and played the every loving daylights out of it. Now, with number 3 just around the corner, I was going to take some time out to play it again. Only thing is I have two problems. The first is a lost disc - but I'm assuming there'll be a digital download somewhere if I look hard enough.

The main problem is the DLC. Back in the day I bought Stolen Memories, Firewalker and Overlord. Can't remember how I got him but I know I had Zaeed too. Think he came with the game.

Anyway, I signed back in to this site using my old email address. It seems to be telling me I don't have any DLC available to download without paying for it again.

I still have the order numbers and confirmation emails in my inbox too.

So I guess the question is - is there any way to reactivate the DLC? I can't access my old account either, as far as I know, because when I signed in with my old email address and password (which haven't changed in ages) it signed me in here with my EA account, not my bioware account.

I'd appreciate any help you can offer,

Thanks for the reply. I visited that page but my DLC wasn't on there, so now I just need to contact EA support, right?
I can't access the support page at the minute, but then, my internet is being really slow xD

thanks man. i had the same problem, the DLCs didnt show up when i logged in, but i have them all at this page. i bookmarked it now for future references
