You'll have to exit the lobby you're in and join a new one. That seems to happen when you switch characters.

It is something that some of our users have brought up to us, restarting the demo will fix it. Rest assured it is fixed in the full game.

The drag and drop wasn't the issue, it was the skills vanishing from the quickbar.

No drag and drop in MP I believe, hotkeys are hardcoded no?
