So yea my friend has the X-Box Demo, no real PC capable of running ME3 by a long shot and I have the PC version, I've tried going via the EA server and X-Box Live servers from inside Multiplayer to find her but I can't connect. Is this a problem on my end or is it just that these are not yet online and available due to it being the Demo and thus not cross-platform play is available currently?
Are we currently able to play with X-Box and PS3 versions from a PC one in Multiplayer?

Nope. They are too lazy to do it. Only game I know of that can do it is Portal 2, from PC to PS3.

It has nothing to do with laziness I imagine, there are choices for logging onto both X-Box Live and the PS3 Network on the PC. My guess is if it isn't letting people do it now, it's because it's only the demo of the actual game and not the actual game itself. Or that they did not have that up and running properly when the demo launched, which could also be forgiven because it would mean they were working on the main game. I simply wanted to know for sure.

All of their networking infrastructures are different. They'd have to write code on all systems that could all connect to the same servers. Even though it sounds easy, it can be a networking nightmare.
