Have a look at this if you are having problems with no audio running the ME3 demo. I found out if the Origin client is sandboxed or limited in anyway by security software like an Antivirus or a Antispyware program, the AUDIO will not play in the demo. So you either have to unsandbox Origin, or shut your protection settings off for your AV/AS software.
Or just don't play.
BIOWARE! FIX THIS. It isn't acceptable. EA also has a few things to learn from Valve about DD/DRM and game execution and privacy.
Please for the sake of your customer's sanity, make ME3 available on Steam.
