Or they'll stay on the demo?
(Sorry if already exists a thread about this issue)
Will we carry our characters to the full game?

It is in one of the demo FAQ's some where. The answer was sadly no.

I don't mind them not carrying over, but I would definitely want the alien/classes unlocked to carry over. With this random system, I can't imagine having to go and try and randomly unlock a krogan again. I still haven't gotten him in the demo yet. It would be very disheartening if I finally got him, then had to drag through the same process a second time.

Nothing you do in the demo will carry to live. This is standard practice.

From the FAQ:
Q. Will any data from Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer carry over into the real game? Like the Galactic Readiness level or similar?
A. No, no data from the Multiplayer or Single Player demo carries into the full game.

I'm ok with a full reset on release, I'm surprised that Bioware allowed players to go as high a level as they have, and with nearly all the equipment and extras.
I'll miss my level 16 Soldier though - also managed to get the Revenant as well
Still - call it training!
