I have a video of a game a few friends and I played where we wouldn't die unless instant killed(phantoms and atlas' up close). If a Bioware rep would like, I can email them it and provide more details.

They are reporting a glitch they found, not abusing one. Don't worry about the troll intention.
Unfortunately, Bioware has said they have no intention of further patching the game, so I wouldn't waste my time trying to inform them of glitches if I were you.
