So, it seems like I am one of the less people who plans on using the Kinect for ME3...
My question is, can you also control conversation with it, or is it limited to yelling voice-commands?  I remember some video where they actually talked to the characters. Don't know for sure, though.

Yes you can, ive done it on xbox.
You say out whats on screen and it selects it for you. You can even say "talk" "bypass" etc to interact with NPC's and objects.
