Has there been any information on whether we will be able to reallocate skill points, or "Re-Spec"?

I just got my Human Soldier to Level 19. Obviously I will not be able to max out every skill, but I would like the ability to try out different builds. For example, this time around I built a full-on Concussive Shot and Adrenaline Rush character, who only carries one weapon so I can spam those skills. I'd like to try reallocating my skill points to try out specializing in Frag Grenades, but obviously I cannot do that.

I know if I unlock the Human Female Soldier, I will be able to make another build with the same power layout, but that still amounts to just two chances. When, in reality, there arey endless ways to build a character.

Any idea whether it will be in the game at launch?

I sincerely hope so. I have a Vanguard specc'd for weapon damage and melee damage, but I'd like to make some adjustments to it (maybe extra carrying weight + headshot damage).

I can only assume that it will be so.

I believe the whole "importing" of characters into the single-player campaign will remove them from the co-op roster, allowing you to then create a new character and make new choices. Hopefully this won't be the only way to re-spec/delete a certain character, but it's what seems most likely.

Yes there is a means by which you can rechoose your skills in the full game
