playing as a level 10 human male engineer, i tried purchasing the veteran pack and it came up with a warning saying that the items could not be purchased and if it happened again to notify you guys.

i went back into my character load out and it said i had new items in there, so clearly the items that i would have recieved from the purchase i actually got... it just didn't play the little bit where you get to cycle through the item rewards. the 20,000 credits were also taken away from my character.

emediately following the next match i played i got the pop up that lets you cycle through the items you had recieved from your pack purchase... i also got the 20,000 back on to my character... so i kept the items and it gave me my money back. naturally i went in to try and buy another veteran pack and it gave me the same notification.

EDIT:

just a quick update, i restarted the demo to see if it may fix the issue, i checked the character screen and the 20,000 i had spent and the items i had recieved were no longer in my inventory.

Interesting. I've wondered if there was a way of getting rid of bad packs for another chance, because getting the same stuff over and over is annoying. I tried unplugging after taking it, but it didn't work.
