Basing it off your N7 ranking which is just about leveling your characters to 20 and not about actual statistics about the game is a little silly.  It should be about your total contribution to the team, kills, deaths, waves completed, diffulties completed, headshots, revives, and objectives taken as a few examples.  These are relevant and mean more than having all 6 slots at level 20.
