Sometimes when I start the game and go to my DLC content it has all 3 DLCs downloaded and available( only the dragon armor actually functions in the game). Sometimes it has all 3 downloaded but the Stone Prisoner and The Keep are not authorized, and are available in the Available content section. When I go to look at my online profile from the main menu of the game I have everything uploaded and supposedly ready. However every time I navigate away from the initial page I get logged out. When I go to my online profile from the game (after I loaded a save) the online profile says that I have no uploaded content. Then when I go to my profile's main page everything IS there, just never on the first page. And in this second situation I dont get logged out all the time. I have uninstalled the updater and put it back in; have started it manually; re-downloaded the DLCs. Havent been able to solve any of the issues. I think the game worked perfectly fine untill I got the Keep DLC. Then a day later everything started going to hell. I have never had this much trouble with a game before. This is a great game. I have been looking forward to the online KOTOR, however this epic struggle is REALLY starting to affect my opinion of Bioware and EA.
All the best.

I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. You could do that also if it would make you feel any better.
read the EULA the game is sold as is and they are not liable if it doesn't run on your PC.
It's called customer service, which they have not provided, therefore I am well within my rights to file a complaint with the BBB. Please don't pretend like you understand that which you clearly do not.
I honestly have to ask: did you even check to see if they were members of thr BBB before filing a complaint? Most US businesses no longer register with the BBB, and I'd suspect it;s the same for Canada. the BBB has no authority to censure non members.

If you've already spoken politely and clearly with customer service without exaggeration then you've done what you can, all the kicking in screaming in the world will do nothing to expediate a response.

While Virus is clearly a retard, he is entirely right in this. Piracy easily solves any and all issues you have with DLC permanently.Maufurtado wrote...
