 So it heard, via wikia that if you played Mass Effect 2, and reached level 30, you retain your level and abilities in Mass Effect 3 if you import that character. Does this include bonus abilities?

Bonus abilities are probably gone and they give you the equivalent points of a level 30 character from a non imported game on earth.

I'd also like to know what happens to power costs. Since there are something like 178 total points (which seems to be more than the total required to max every power in ME2 costs) in the game, and lvl30 in ME2 gives you 50, it's interesting to know how the costs might have been adjusted and whether you receive any overhead.
