Yes, I know that the Genesis DLC gives the ability to set up a new character with the major choices from ME1.
I played ME1 on Xbox 360. I think I have 9 or 10 full play throughs on
there. When ME2 came out, I originally purchased it for xbox, but then
eventually switched to PC by the time all the DLC came out. I'd like to
do a full playthrough before ME3 is released, but since I don't have
ME1 on my PC, I'm planning on going through ME2 one final time to create the character I want to import to the new game.
However, I'd like to have some of the more minor content from ME1 carried forward. Is there anyway to edit an ME2 file to add in all the minor choices from ME1 without buying the game for PC and doing another playthrough from the beginning?

This site lets you convert your ME2 saves from pc to xbox if that helps. http://legion.cal24.pl/me2/

The modified Gibbed's save editor (social.bioware.com/project/4373/) allows you to create a new Shepard from scratch and to give him/her a ME1 story more complete than the one you can get by playing Genesis. With it, you can import a headmorph for your Shepard as well. It's buggy, it's no more than a "quick & dirty" work, but it does what it promises.
EDIT: Sorry, I didn't notice that mcsupersport already linked this version of Gibbed's.
