Yeah first use singularity and then Warp it causes a biotic explosion also suggest carrying just a pistol for the full power recharge

Heavy pistols for weapon. And ONLY the pistol. This way you get the full 200% cooldown reduction.

As far as tips: Put your points into biotics. You arent a Krogan, so health doesnt matter. You shouldnt be rushing into dangerous situations anyway. In RPG terms...you are the glass cannon: deadly amounts of damage, low amount of health.

Singularity is excellent ability...use it for Crowd Control...put in doorways on objectives to prevent enemies from getting in, use your Warp/Throw for biotic explosions.

If you can get the Asari, Stasis is godly.

You really can use carnifex. It does insane amount of damage and only costs 15% of recharge or so. But the above statement is correct, only use a pistol (and pistols are awesome in this game).

I wouldn't overdo the glass part however. You might want to play silver or gold in the future and there's a whole world of difference of being able to run and res someone or leave the cover and die instantly. And you will be shot at, and you will take damage. Shield/hp matters, it matters a lot actually.

I max out Singularity and Warp and use that as a harmonic combo. Its instant death and I rack up a lot of biotic kills.

Play asari adept. Spam stasis. Eat Phantoms for breakfast.

Ive played both Silver and Gold, and the reason why i reccommend putting points in Biotics is because you cant max out everything, so you have to pick and choose what gets maxed out, and what doesnt. The amount of health you gain from maxing out Fitness wont really matter much in the harder difficulties anyway, since you will take alot of damage on those difficulties. But, the maxed out biotics become alot more useful to you on those difficulties. You can blast them with Warp, and then a quick cooldown later, follow it up with a throw to produce a biotic explosion.

As far as reviving your teammates goes, that is where Stasis can come in handy. If enemies are near the downed teammate, you can put stasis on them, and hold them in place while you rish to revive your teammates.

I guess it comes down to personal choice, but personally for me...id much rather take the maxed out biotics then the additional health.

Also...heres a tip...if you unlock a scope for your pistol, while you are zoomed in, you can still use your biotics while zoomed in. It helps you be pinpoint accurate at a distance

My problem with being squishy is twofold:

- first, you will die quite much on gold even with max hp. But I guarantee you it will happen less if you have 45% more hp and shields:)
- second is exposure time. Numerous situations will arise in a match when you have to take enemy fire (rezzing someone, putting a well-placed bubble to save someone else, playing with two phantoms in a suboptimal place). You will be able to stay out 45% more, and that's a lot.

Anyway, the last level of the asari I think gives more weapon damage (which you don't really need) or reduces pistol weight (which would amount to a fantastic reduction of 0,05 seconds in recharge or none at all if you don't use carnifex). I think you can safely give that up. Then you only need to give up 2 levels from one of your abilities to have fitness maxed out. As stasis is a musthave, it's either warp or throw. It's a tough choice, I agree.

But anyway, when I went for max fitness, I counted how many times do I get away with half section of hp from a fight. It was 9 times in two matches. I think that's a lot because when you, as an adept have to run away, you can be dead sure it would be a pain to rez you:D

Not necessarily true. My asari adept is a freaking marine. I leveled up her health/barrier/melee stats first and foremost. Throw/Warp, then that godlike heavy melee, then throw/warp again. Stasis to keep people from aiming at me from afar so my teammates can take them down, then rush in and repeat the process.

It's really, really good, and I always have the option of playing long range as well.
