Yeah, there are 81 fully voiced Codex entries in the demo files. Of course, a number are the standard ones we've had since ME1, but they've added a lot this time around.

Them being husks has nothing to do with being inherently controllable. You may have noticed that pretty much every other species is perfectly huskable too. If you want to get right down to it, there isn't any species the Reapers seem to find hard to indoctrinate.
