I've been playing for 3 days, and have almost maxed out my Sentinel, and I still haven't found my Turian Sentinal.

Really?? So THAT'S why I can't seem to do any of those cool dodges and flips like my teammates. I was wondering if I'd found some sort of obscure bug. Are some races just unable to do those rolls then? It seems Turians are one, but I'm guessing Krogan can't do them either?

I got a Turian Sentinel straight out of my Starter Pack. I was hoping for a Quarian Engineer or an Asari Adept (since those are the two classes I do best at), but I'm doing pretty well with my Turian. I just pump points into Overload and Warp, then provide support fire with them from a distance and the Mantis.

This class rocks. Mine is built for maximum survivability. I use a Phalanx X with a scope and extended clip. and Claymore I with a choke and damage mod. On Bronze, you don't even need cover. You can walk right up the middle and take your time. It's easy mode. Being as Turians have better accuracy, I want to try the Revenant out with this class, but no luck drawing one yet. I was using an Avenger, it's very accurate and at higher levels the damage + headshot bonus is great, but the Phalanx is just so friggan op..it's hard to say no. Also: Overload speced to hit three targets with neural shock is a sight to see with some very unexpected results.

Honestly though, I am quite happy with my Drell Vangard. It was the only other race/class I wanted.

Turian sentinel + Widow 2 sniper rifle is all I ill ever need. To bad i have to unlock them again in the full game..but the game will last longer that way.

I've been playing the demo and buying vet packs since it was up for download on tuesday. Still no Turian Sentinel. In fact I just spent 140,000+ credits in one sitting on vet packs and got nothing I was looking for - so I am totes jelly of you bro.  Totes jelly.

You remember if the Turian Sentinel was a common, silver or gold unlock? It wouldbe nice to know if I have to saveup for the veteran packs or not.

It was silver, got mine from a vet pack.

But all I want to get is the Asari Adept, my starter pack was Krogan Warrior (gold) and I've got the Krogan Shotgun (also gold, forgot the name the research project in ME2 from Grunt) and a second Krogan Warrior card from the Vet Packs.
I guess BioWare wants me to play as one

I'm waiting for my turian sentinel. Only have a quarian engineer that I use as my main and got a salarian infiltrator with my starter, he's not my style though. I play campaign as a dope ass soldier but they seem way different in multiplayer so I'm happy to play as an engineer for now. But....turian sentinel ftw! Kthankbye

I got the turian sentinel given to me when first starting the game and used it a lot but... I have not unlocked anything else even close to good since. tons of shotgun stuff that I don't use and character training for classes that I don't use. I switched from the turian for the human sentinel for the throw power but i'm getting super annoyed with no other characters unlocked.

I was wondering. How is the Widow? Still a bolt-action rifle, right? The reason why I don't use the Viper is because of the disappointing sensation of actually being a sniper. I still use a Revenant as back-up just in case but when I get my hands on that Widow, I might go your route.

The widow is bolt action, but it punches through guardian shields and some cover. It also devastates armored targets like an atlas.

Lol OP the only one roaming the demo? I had a Turian Sentinel Monday night, way before you got on. And it was from a vet pack. seeing as your post was 1 day ago, it's false. And you think others didn't get it in their starter pack? Come on now.

I got a Turian Sentinel from my starter pack, and I've used nothing else since. I'm an AR user though - I'm terrible at headshots so I went for general damage and stability mods.

Max overload with Phalanx pistol is deadly. I haven't been able to unlock the Carnifex (last gun for me) but from observing other players it looks deadly. In fact, i think pistols are the best guns in the game (lot's of damage if you aim for the head and low weight means ability spamming).

I just got mine from a Veteran package.

He kicks extreme ass and has amazing Weapon stability. I use a Avenger and get nothing but head shots and most enemies on silver go down in seconds since i can bypass any defense.
Not to mention his Decent Defense with tech armor.

also Note:The original Turian color customization options only let you change half of your armors color. so until you unlock the turian twice you'll probably look kinda boring

Yep - I've seen really good pistol users too.

But then I saw the 'AR weight' skill specialization in the Veteran skill tree, picked that, and now I kick ass (and shoot brains out) and throw powers around like it's disco night.
