Costumization options

I know, I seem to be spamming threads after being dormant for so long. [ 2009 o_o; ]

I wanted to be sure that I get this system right. In order to gain more options to costumize ONE character/class, I have to land it several times again? You know HOW hard it is to hit a Turian Sentinel for that to occur in a reasonable pace? We need seperate packs, even if it is just for the tweaks to a skin and such!
