The problem with female Turians is that hardly anyone likes how they look... Some don't even accept their canon appearance. Shame, really - they got it right in the comics.

Female Turians can be done without much difficaulty because they now have the assets, they also had the assets for Male Quarians. Bioware don't (as far as we know) have assets for female drell, and although they made them for Turians they did charge us for them.

So unless they're female Drell in SP DLC that we pay for, I'd doubt we would see them in MP.
