I have not won a single Silver game (as a level 12) with a level 1-5 character in the party. It just doesn't happen unless there's a 16+ in the game. I do not understand why Bioware did this but please make it so that you need to be a certain level to play certain difficulties.

As of right now, if this demo is an indication of how the matchmaking is in this game, I can't play on a regular basis without relying on outside means to find decent players. Level 1s can sign up for gold and it's just a waste of everyones time. Hell I can't even search for a game with a party...

I've won plenty of Silver games. I only play Silver actually Bronze is way to easy and Gold...I haven't even attempted it because silver is challenging. I just hate going into a lobby for Silver and seeing level 1 players knowing that winning that game is going to be extremely difficult because that player can't pull their weight.

Its like letting level 1 characters in an MMO into instances/zones/whatever that are for people 20 levels higher. It just doesn't make sense.

I think people believe that trying and failing at the silver league will gain more exp and money than completing bronze. Never seen it happen though; they always fail on lvl 2.

The best part is that silver is the DEFAULT search option. so you have all these level 1's signing up. I'd have to explain to them that even if every shot they landed was a headshot, we would still lose. It is not about skill, their characters are too weak.

I always choose bronze regardless what level i am. I want to stomp my enemies with ease. This is a game after all.

Did you read the OP? The problem isn't with the difficulty, but low level players in silver matches.

And honestly, I get pretty annoyed when I join a silver game only to find it's all low level characters and I have to pick up the slack despite it being futile.

It's incredibly simple.

There are 3 difficulties. Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
My character is strong enough to play Bronze and Silver. He's level 12.
A level 1 character is not strong enough for Silver. Hell a level 5 character isn't strong enough for Silver really.
As a level 12 I cannot win a game with two characters who are in the party at level 2-4. It's almost impossible.

Please tell me you now understand. Its not that I want to play an easier game and get less experience and credits. Its I want to play a harder game where the players are at a sufficient level to even have a chance to win.

I'll have to agree. My level 20 can only revive and finish waves when the 3 other level 2 players are down for only so long until he gets squashed as well. Co-op is really co-op. Can't properly do it when you're in a Silver match with level 1 players.

No, not brackets, just restrictions. Level 10 to play silver, level 19 to play Gold, everyone can play bronze.

I agree, silver is hard when you're the only level 13. That being said, first time I played the multiplayer demo, I leveled from 1 to 11 playing with a godly vanguard and soldier at my side (They were lvl 7 ended 14). We breezed through the waves, never lost a game.

But is that really fair that they carried you? I think it's cool that if people start their own game with friends that has low levels they can play whatever they want for example. Level 1, 6, 20, and 16 all in the same game. But when it comes to searching...it shouldn't be allowed.

You could just play private games and communicate with people. We won with someone under level 5 and the rest of us around 15 and 25 because of communication.

Gold is insane! I'm level 17, and our highest was 25. My group managed to make it to Wave 4 before we were just plain wiped out. In silver, we would make it to maybe 10th wave before it was just plain done. I've only beaten both sides once.

I know people want to restrict players, but do bear in mind that we were all once there and we all felt crappy for not being a part of it. Not to mention, actually succeeding through those levels meant massive leveling, so eventually it would equal out!

Too bad there isn't a chat in the game. If you ask the 1lvl noobs why they are joining in silver and gold games, they would answer "Why I cant pley I haz complet al CoD gaemz on hard?"
