As much as I am having fun, it's rather frustrating if all our characters aren't going to carry over. I have a level 18 (or 19..or even 20?) Salarian infiltrator with the Widow II. Not to mention my adept and soldier characters. I also have a few very nice mods for my weapons, but to think it's all just..useless..it's sad! I really want my equipment to carry over! Especially if I'm putting the time into getting it! I mean, the widow doesn't seem like a very common weapon at all! Let alone the fact that I got two of them (widow I upgraded to Widow II).
PLEASE! If there is ANYTHING I can do to keep my characters, Bioware, please let me do something to keep them. Anything!
PLEASE let us keep our classes and upgrades BW!!

They won't, it's a demo.
And besides, leveling your main class up again doesn't take too long to get him competitive again. It took two full Bronze runs to get my Engi up to par.

I have it on xbox, so you think it'd at least carry over when you sign into the servers. I know it's a demo - but there are demos that let you carry over your saved games. (ME2 comes to mind..).

Lucky...the only rare weapon I've unlocked is the M-300 Claymore. And I don't really play a class that would use it(despite the fact that it's insanely heavy and screws the power recharge BIG TIME).
But yeah, I understand the feeling. I want to keep my Asari Adept, and it took soooo many vet packs to finally unlock her.

Im almost certain bf3 demo did not carry over. I played on Xbox and when I bought the full version I was lvl 1 all over again...
On topic. I'd prefer they don't carry over and I'm pretty sure they won't. It's just a DEMO....

What? i played the BF3 DEMO and i bought BF3, at no time did the DEMO (BETA) ever transfer stuff to my main full purchased account.

Didn't GOW3 did that with the Beta?
It's quite possible to pass some data from a demo to a full game, but who knows if ME3 will do that, my characters are awesome so. I'm really hoping.

Yep, plus the full MP as stated by the devs has twice as many unlock's that arent even in the demo, sooo should give people complaining, something to look forward to.

The ME2 demo did come out after the game was released though...
