I attempted to purchase 1600 bioware points so I could buy some Mass Effect 2 DLC and it gave me an error about my card, I then fixed the address for my card and went through with the purchase, and continued to buy 1200 more. Soon after I looked at my bank account and I was charged 21.60, 21.65, and 16.24. Where did that second 21.6x charge come from? I cant find any real support pages except the forums for bioware support. I need that extra charge refunded, especially since my card did not go through the first time and I never recieved any points for it.

I keep being brought to the EA Q&A site which gives me no help at all, I'm not sure what the support email is. Many people on this forum say that EA just redirects them to the forums for support so I tried here first with no luck as of yet.

The charge was just removed from my account this morning or last night without any notices so my issue was fixed and i recieved a refund, I wish you luck on yours
