Ashley/Kaidan and Thane have major plot spoilers. Miranda has not-quite-major, but still more than the rest of them, spoilers. The rest aren't really big plot events.

@Zamyslianskyj: I could send you the spoilers, but Liara's reaction to Shepard moving on to Thane plays out in LotSB. I haven't seen any lines for this in the ME3 dialogue aside from basic "continue the relationship or not" dialogue, so I'm not sure they'll be much help. edit: If you just want to see which romance you like better in ME3 though, the spoilers are definitely helpful. But if you want Liara's confrontation, LotSB is your best bet.

Just looked at the link, wonder how all that text will translate in game. Prothean sounds like a bit of a dick if you'll pardon my french. Also wondering how many times i'll have to go back, romance someone else, just so i can continue the romance in ME3...or if they make something similar to mass effect:galaxy where i can just do it in 15 min...heres hoping so...

Would it be so bad to play more ME2? I really enjoyed the game, so I'll be glad to go through it again after ME3. I think the romance storylines are best when played from start to finish.

Wow Saren...you're quite the guy for keeping up with, oh, dozens of individual spoiler requests!!

Not sure if I'm looking for spoilers, just a question on romances in general and how they'll function in the game. Here is what I think I've found out...please let me know if I'm wrong!

Um...I think it's understood, but spoilers below...?

-There will be new, separate ME3 romances from new characters that are only in ME3
-ME1 and ME2 romance conflicts will essentially be solved by Shep making a dialogue choice between the two
-ME1 romances that aren't, well, cheated on in ME2 will carry on like normal in ME3
-Liara, Garrus, Kaidan and Ashley can be romanced in ME3, even if you didn't romance them in ME1

1. All of the ME1 romances give you a choice if you want to continue them in ME3, even if you didn't cheat. So yes, if you confirm that you still want to be with Ashley/Kaidan/Liara, the romance will carry on as normal.

2. Garrus is not an option for new romance in ME3. You can only romance him (and the rest of the ME2 squad) if you started the romance in ME2. Ashley/Kaidan/Liara are all options for new romance though, for both MaleShep and FemShep.

Would love it if you would be kind enough to give me info on (this is somewhat long sorry):

1. Who's romanceable.

2. Can you romance the ME1 character that you didn't choose?

3. What's the reaction by Ashley if you cheated with Miranda?

4. When do you have to choose between the the 2 different LI's (example Ashley/Miranda)?

No problem.

1. Ashley, Kaidan, Liara, Kelly, and Diana are all available for both MaleShep and FemShep. Steve is exclusively for MaleShep, and Samantha is exclusively for FemShep. Vega has a shorter romance for both MaleShep and FemShep, which ends in the start of a relationship. All of the ME2 LIs can only be romanced if you started a relationship with them in ME2.

I only sent the lines specific to Miranda. Shepard and Ashley did have a longer conversation, but it was clear that the script didn't include all of Shepard's options (it seemed to be a "get back together with Ashley only" dialogue) and ended up leading into an unrelated conversation, so I left it out to be less confusing.
