You buy the veteran and spectre kits, simple as that.
Today alone I have gotten the Krogan vanguard and Salarian Infiltrator. Yesterday was Batarian soldier and Geth engineer.
Just save up some money to buy a veteran pack then a premium spectre pack. I promise you'll unlock something.

30 odd packs have netted me AJ and three new guns (lvl1). So saying I will unlock new toons anytime soon is laughable.

Been playing for maybe 2 hours now and gotten about 30,000k in credits. Not asingle character unlock. I want Geth Infiltrator SO BAD
