Just a thought, but it would be nice if for those of us who don't have/want microphones there was an ingame way to call out Phantoms/Atlas(Atlus? Can't recall which it is)/Brutes. My thought (being a PC player) was that these could be initially mapped to Q/E/Z/C, as I don't recall those being mapped to anything, but I realize that won't work for controllers.
So, instead, you could map it to a single button (I assume there's a free one on the controllers, since there are no companions to give move orders to) then have it bring up a quick list where you'd hit 1-4 or one of the face buttons on the controller in order to call out a particular type of enemy, and have it be dynamic depending on what type of enemies you're fighting (Cerberus/Reapers/What have you.)
I'm not talking some big flashing thing in the middle of the screen, but just a simple message that pops up, about the same size as the text in the bottom right, but in the top center or something instead.
Not only would that help those of us without mics, but it would also help people who play with the sound turned down, and more importantly, the hearing impaired.
Anyway, just a thought on something it might be nice to add in a patch.

There's already recorded VO for the character's to call out specific enemies. However, it's only really used to call out the first enemy spotted at the beginning of a round.
It would be cool if they patched in a spotting feature like Gears 3. If you see an enemy, aim at them, tap a button, it spots them and your character also calls them out.
